Graduated from University of Missouri with BSBA in an emphasis in Marketing. After graduation I went straight into real estate, obtaining both my Kansas and Missouri Real Estate License. Since then I have completed over 80 transactions, totaling over $18 million on both the listing and buying side, from renovated homes, to multifamily, to distressed property in need of a remodel. Outside of real estate I enjoy focusing on personal development whether it is being active or continually educating myself. I enjoy being able to help others in any way that I can.

Jim is a former marine and transformation coach who transitioned into real estate back in 2006. He has sold over a thousand homes putting him in the top 5% of agents. This is to include foreclosure homes, so he is well versed on lenders processes and how pre-foreclosures can be stopped. He has since made a mission to utilize his skill set to educate those with his non-profit Kansas City Housing Initiative on all of their available options. When he is not transacting in real estate, he is spending time with his two children and wife.
